AIE Pharmaceuticals in Ontario, California sells bulk materials and performs contract packaging.
I have spoken to Jasmine, their customer service representative, on two occasions now. AIE is very willing to sell to individuals, and they ship internationally.
l-isoleucine, 1 kilogram $42 USD

I got an email quote from Perlas Vargas/AIE.
She said the minimum order was 25 Kg. She didn't bother to give me any prices for the list I submittd.
Less than 25 Kg per product will add at $30 re-packing charge.

I called 909-947-9898 and Perlas Vargas picked up.
The minimum order is 25 Kg.
For those products which can be re-packed, the repacking charge is $30 (1 kg, 5 kg, etc).
They do not fabricate. The import from India, China, wherever.
She is still working on pricing my list of products.
